Implementation of a delivery centre with dedicated governance, academy, innovation team, and engagement managers to build highly scalable and reusable talent organization.
Ramped up 300+ engineers across global locations – 15% onshore, 85% offshore and nearshore.
Set up joint governance between leadership team to forecast and plan quarterly workload, ramp up and ramp downs, innovation, and POC areas.
Set up 30 to 35 scrum teams in parallel to support multiple teams across multiple online properties.
Created a device lab to support cross platform testing for number of native applications.
Invested in and built an online framework to provide real-time capacity utilization status to customer leadership and procurement teams.
