Objectives
- Set up a strong engineering team at the client’s India technology hub.
- Build strong engineering PODs with multiple skill combinations covering Java FS, UI, Data, IoT, Cloud, DevOps, et al.
- Build every engineering POD covering strong product owners with domain experience, Scrum masters with output-driven agile measurements, and engineering architects to design and build the platform.
