I was raised by a single mother — a woman of quiet strength who taught me the value of independence, resilience, and the importance of creating my own path. Watching her navigate life with unwavering determination became my earliest lesson in courage.
I didn’t come from a sales background. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to understand the IT industry and work closely with senior leaders. It gave me a front-row seat to how strategy shapes business — how deals are structured, how trust is built, and how leaders think. I wasn’t in the arena yet, but I was learning from it every day.
And I knew I didn’t want to stay on the sidelines.
So I reached out to Sandeep and asked for the chance to work at Agivant. I wanted to be part of something bold, something that would stretch me. And I am grateful he gave me that chance.
Sales is not easy. It demands patience and courage. But it also teaches you to listen more deeply, think more sharply, and celebrate even the smallest wins. Every call, every pitch, every “no” is part of the journey. What’s made this path meaningful is Agivant’s culture — a place where curiosity is encouraged, ambition is welcomed, and people genuinely lift each other up. I have found mentors who guide with intent, and peers who raise the bar with every conversation.
Each day teaches me something new — about persistence, empathy, and strategic hustle. What began as a leap of curiosity has become a journey of purpose.
My mother always told me, “Stand tall, no matter where you start.”
Today, I do — with pride, with gratitude, and with a fire that keeps growing stronger.
This is my story.
And I am proud to be a face of Agivant.
